*The 60-day option for an Extended Short-Term Temporary placement is available only when the placement is expected to last at least 60 days. For every temporary placement, replacement coverage ends no later than the agreed placement end date.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. The part-time and full-time hours shown are Plum Wings' categories for placement pricing.
Payment Schedule
A 50% initial payment is due before the candidate search begins. The remaining 50% is due once eligible candidates have been identified and before their profiles or contact information are introduced to the family.
Candidate wages and other employer-related expenses are separate from the placement fee.
What Is a Replacement Guarantee?
If a placement ends for an eligible reason during the selected coverage period, Plum Wings will conduct a replacement search without charging another placement fee for that search.
The 30-, 60-, 90-, 120- and 150-day guarantees each provide one eligible replacement search. The selected period begins on the candidate's first day of employment. The family must notify Plum Wings before that period expires, and the replacement request must be for substantially the same position.
A replacement guarantee covers the search and candidate introductions. It does not promise that a candidate will be available or hired by a particular date.
Continuous Replacement Coverage
Available for permanent placements, Continuous Replacement Coverage allows multiple eligible replacement searches, with no predetermined expiry date or fixed limit on replacement requests.
It covers one active position in the originally registered household and placement category. It does not cover multiple positions at once. Material changes to the role may require a new agreement.
All replacement requests are subject to the eligibility terms in the Client Placement Agreement, including the family's employer obligations and the agreed working conditions.

Candidate Screening is intended for clients who have already identified a candidate they are considering hiring. It does not include candidate recruitment, matching, placement services, or a replacement guarantee. Screening cannot guarantee a candidate's future conduct, performance, reliability, compatibility, or suitability. The final hiring decision remains with the client.
