Our Simple Process
Finding the right person for your household shouldn't feel overwhelming. Our structured placement process takes you from telling us what you need to making your own informed hiring decision.
Step 1: Tell Us What You're Looking For
Complete our Staffing Request Form and tell us about the role, schedule, responsibilities, preferred employment arrangement, and what you're looking for in a candidate.
Step 2: We Review Your Staffing Needs
We review your request and may contact you to clarify your requirements, discuss the position, and make sure we understand the type of candidate you're looking for.
Step 3: Agreement & Recruitment
When you’re ready to proceed, we provide a service agreement outlining the placement process, fees, selected replacement guarantee, and each party’s responsibilities.
Once the agreement is signed and the initial placement fee is paid, Plum Wings begins recruiting candidates based on your household’s requirements and preferences.
Step 4: Screening & Matching
Potential candidates are assessed using screening and verification appropriate to the position. We then identify candidates whose experience, qualifications, availability, and preferences align with your requirements.
Step 5: Meet Your Candidates
Once the applicable remaining placement fee is paid, you'll receive eligible candidate profiles and can interview the candidates you'd like to consider.
Step 6: You Choose & Hire
You make the final hiring decision. Once you've selected your preferred candidate, you agree on the employment terms and hire the successful candidate directly.
Step 7: Placement & Transition Support
Our involvement doesn't necessarily end with the introduction. Plum Wings remains available during the applicable placement and transition period, and your selected placement package may include a replacement guarantee, subject to its terms and conditions.
